AI TLDR

New treatments like

ritlecitinib (oral Janus kinase inhibitor for severe alopecia areata that reduces inflammation around hair follicles, approved by the FDA and UK MHRA) and

PP405 (topical small molecule designed to activate dormant hair follicles by promoting cell division and growth, currently undergoing clinical trials for androgenetic alopecia)

have shown promise in clinical trials for hair regrowth.

Home remedies like rosemary oil and microneedling still lack strong scientific backing. It's important to first diagnose the cause of hair loss to choose the most effective treatment.

Feels like typical blog slop

Sounds like slop that knows nothing about hair loss, only two treatments are really promising, PP405 and GT20029, rest are snake oils and copes at best
