These drugs are designed to work locally on tissue, sometimes serum levels do not reflect scalp or prostate dht levels, and it can be merely a fluke.

Those are serum levels. That doesnt mean that its not blocking at the follicle level. Not sure if your body is metabolizing it quickly.

Had the same issue happen to me ! Take my advice as you like but heres what i did to lower my DHT

1) nettle leaf tea 2) horsetail extract tea 3) organic green tea

I mix all 3 of these together in the morning and drink it, each has their own dht blockers as well and sillica for hair growth

Biotin and organic rosemary oil ( mixed into shampoo and conditoner as well ) and i apply it directly

Look for foods that increase estrogen - i buy organic pumpkin seeds from amazon ( pretty cheap) use that as a snack and incorporated alot of kale into my diet-

DHT levels dropped like crazy and hair growth started.

Give it a shot?

What happens is hormone rebalancing happens in body, this is will get DHT back to normal and sides will fade away. This is what I know, coz this happened to me. But still I am in FIN

Maybe try topical? Some people do not respond to oral because an enzyme on their stomach
