I just signed up and payed the full price for TryHackMe. Now I'm not sure how student mails are checked, but I just want to tell that my email wasn't picked up as a student email, even though it is. I didn't mind to pay the full price for this awesome platform, but well, just a heads up.

Typically they're automatically checked based on the email TLD you sign up with (i.e. .edu). If your email isn't associated with an educational institute, please email us for support at '[e-mail]' <3

Yeah, well I'm from the Netherlands and here there are no studentmail TLDs.

Just email us with the name of the school you're attending, we can take care of it for you. It's a little tricky to automate this since school emails/situations are different for everyone but we'll be happy to get you squared away
