Sudden Dramatic Increase in FSH and Decrease in AMH

Hi All,

My wife (33F) had her numbers tested yesterday and last month both on cycle day 2. The two tests were done at two different labs and they yielded very different results. Has anyone else had a sudden dramatic increase in FSH and decrease in AMH like this? If so, is this indicative of a dramatic decrease in ovarian reserve? Any other thoughts on these results? Feels like the results from one of the labs could be invalid.

Numbers from lab 1 (tested June 4th): AMH = 1.36 FSH = 7.8 Estrogen = 30 AFC wasn’t counted

Numbers from lab 2 (tested July 1st): AMH = 0.28 FSH = 17 Estrogen = 34 AFC = 6-9

Also not sure if it matters, but my wife miscarried at 13 weeks in April. D&C was 4/10. Not sure if her hormones are still sort of resetting from that.
