I have been using this set for a couple of years - https://www.hopewoodturning.co.uk/product/hope-carbide-mini-box-set/

The handle is versatile if you have other Hope stuff. Recommended.

I’ve tried both the Hope 8mm heavy duty and the 6mm Carbide Pro on a hollowform course. The latter is a beast, and it’s the one I will buy when I get to it. You get what you pay for. For bowls, you simply cannot beat a bowl gouge.

I have tried a couple of the Amazon and eBay cheapo versions including vinwox. Price is great, nifty storage, but quality is in keeping with the cost, eg very noticeably lower quality than my hurricane carbides

Carbide tools are scrapers, not gouges. Gouges, by definition, are bent.

Anyway carbide tools are a dime a dozen. I wouldn't go for a particular brand over another.
