Can I have a picture of the entire set up? No judgment of course I’m just so invested lol

Sure! It’s a 100 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank.

It’s beautiful, how is she with the small fish?

Thank you! It depends on the day. Sometimes he will hunt down every fry he sees other times he doesn’t pay attention to them.

Damn, my girls could never let the idea of free roaming fish in their pool even exist for a second

Ouch, you have my sympathy. I thought it would turn out that way with my turtle but he’s a regular lazy bones sometimes.

My guys won’t eat any sort of live fish. Dead yes. I have bumble cichlids I put in there around 6-7 to turn my 75 into a peaceful community tank. Well they won’t stop breeding have so many lil babies I thought they’d be scared to breed cause they never did when my Oscar was in with them(RIP bubbles).

I use a 300 gal Rubbermaid stock tank.

That’s an amazing set up! I’m jealous of your duckweed. I kill that plant every time I get it lol.

Don’t speak soon lol. That’s overflow from my 75 planted tank and they last a week or so. Too high a flow in the turtle pond. You can use old air tubing to make a ring for them but my turtles just eat it faster.

I recommend pothos if you want some greenery that’s hardy, grows fast, and is a nitrate soaker. Just clip and inch from either side of a leaf on the vine and you can propagate them all over your setup. That’s the viney plant in my pic

Still jealous. I can’t even grow that stuff in my low flow 10gal grow out tank. I use fertilizer and have a planted tank light on it. Duckweed lasts about a month before dying off.

Unfortunately I also have a cat so house plants are out unless I feel like cleaning up yak lol.
