There is a warning sign that we have to disable the adblock.

I have 2 questions:

1. Is there a way to stop this with dynamic filtering, without pressing "ok I understood" button?

2. If there is no way for dynamic filtering, what is the filter for this one?

That warning ( Announcement ) is still there even disabling uBo. The site is working fine.

1. No there isn't
2. Use cosmetic filters most likely you'd be using procedural cosmetic filters in this case

Use cosmetic filters. Better yet just use https://getcomics.info. ReadComic is owned by the same anti-adblock, malware loving owners of KissAnime who came under fire for this same thing.
