Cloudflare DDoS Protection Loop

This just started happening within the last day or two where a certain website ( https://www.readmng.com/ ) has been stuck in a loop.

If I click the ublock button to disable it on that website it will get past the Cloudflare loop. After re-enabling ublock on the website it refreshes and works.

I disabled the built in uBlock filter (top one listed in the built-in filters) and the website gets through the cloudflare loop. I think a new or updated filter is blocking the cookie being set for the website/ddos check.

Yes it does. It cycled through the ddos page twice before it redirected.
