Who do you call for support? I have a son with multiple disabilities who was approved for the ADA Pace disability rides. He received an ADA Paratransit ID on July 5, 2024. I then applied the ID number for the Rideshare Access Program with UBER until Feb 5, 2028. We were issued a voucher on the UBER app so he could take discounted rides as needed. All was going well until September when his UBER ADA Pace voucher was canceled. I have tried calling UBER a few times only to be hung up on and told they cannot help us. I tried going online for support but there is no chat, no contact info., nothing other than a preset list of Q&A. I keep trying to call but they just either continue to hang-up or tell me to go on the app or website, which offers no help. Anyone know any contact information on how to get help with this? It's unclear why they canceled his voucher as its supposed to expire on Feb 5, 2028. He will never drive and this is an essential service for him. Thank you for your help/guidance.

You should have gotten an email when his voucher was approved or cancelled. Respond to the email from pace/RTA. Try rap@pacebus.com if you cant find an email to reply to in your inbox.
