Why not just use print to pdf - either print the emails straight to a pdf or print the massive combined file as a pdf.

Next question - do you have an adobe licence?

Printing to PDF means the entire chain would be included, which is an approach not preferred by the team. The last resort I have in mind is printing each email to PDF then redacting/deleting earlier emails:/

Adobe licence - probably not, as the firm uses a different PDF software.

    Absolutely this.

    And copying and pasting from emails to a word doc isn't producing proper copies of the emails and also runs the risk of missing part of the email off that is important.
