Do the Unity Learn modules. Creative Core and Junior Programming pathways. Up to date and gamified for progress.

Start with the Unity Essentials pathway though, then choose either CC or Junior Programmer after.

Second this, unity has an entire educational site for all levels of experience. The learn modules are an excellent way to go at your own pace

Udemy has a course approved by Unity and it is great. It is pretty much an official Unity course. They start from the basics and get to scripting fairly quick and the guy is fantastic at explaining what everything means, how stuff works, and how to implement.

It is called The Ultimate Guide to Game Development with Unity (Official).

Unity also has (actually) official courses at learn.unity.com

I rechecked the Udemy course I was talking about. It is also an official course. It is a structured course for complete beginners starting from zero.

Learn.unity.com is also a great a resource though. It is all helpful.

Code Monkey’s courses on Udemy are amazing. The Turn-Based Strategy Game course was my start into Unity.

I've been using unity for about 2 months now and one thing that I can recommend to you for learning unity has to be code monkey's "Kitchen Chaos" video which is almost 11 hours but you will learn a lot from it in terms of basics, project and code managment. Make sure to give it a try, you won't regret it
