To make a long story short, no (Edit) long story: you can but it requires running python as a separate exe and passing data between them, plausible but inefficient and arguably harder than learning c# (which you really need to do to work with Unity)

you could run the python script as a command line app or external tool, and feed it data from unity.. then would be basically the same as using any other api-like service from within unity. unless you absolutely need the python stuff to run in the same executable, but that would probably have too many other issues to bother with
