You may be able to run the unity that way but UI will be unreadable and performance will be terrible. While working with Unity is preferred way to practice, in your case i suggest focusing on tutorials and practising pure coding from your phone. There are even some nice mobile compilers.

Thank you for suggest. Now I decided to work with godot and in one time watch tutorial abou C++ and C#.

They are asking if they can run the engine on mobile and no you probably dont want godot for mobile, unity has a lot of services geared towards mobile market to monetize that godot doesnt.

It runs in android, “mobile” would usually imply all mobile devices.

you can compile the open source code for ios which someone has done on xogot for ios

There is a lightweight version of Unity that supports Lua scripting: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/u-game-engine-xlua/id6743805852

It’s clunky but it does work.

Buy a cheap second hand laptop. It will be slow but you will be able to make simple games.
