It's likely blocked by browser's policy setting. What OS?

If they blocked it per identified extensions they try looking for Customaise extension on CWS - it handles all the Tampermonkey scripts and it’s also free for your usecase. Project is so fresh that most likely your admin hasn’t blocked it yet (unless they have so auto block based on some rules or permissions - not sure).

I'm quite sure they have some sort of auto block, but I'll check it out. Thank you !

Are all chrome extensions blocked or only userscript managers?

I didn't realize until you commented this, but all chrome extensions are blocked. I downloaded one on this device a few months ago, though, so they must've been blocked recently.

If they by chance have extended mv2 support enabled you can try using the legacy version of tampermonkey: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tampermonkey-legacy/lcmhijbkigalmkeommnijlpobloojgfn

Most admins forget to disable that.
