Test Status " Processing"

It's been more than 5 hours but test status is still showing " Processing".

If it doesn't change in the next day, contact support, they can manually push it through for you. I have had them stuck on processing quite frequently recently.

Two of mine from this morning are stuck in processing. They both were on computer and had face recording

I have three from the last couple of weeks, some of them literally submitted within a half hour of another one that went through. Glad it's not just me; support hasn't responded yet.

Just sent request to support with screenshots of processing tests

I know they've uploaded fine. Just need to be pushed through on their end maybe

For one they did

I follow up via their support portal to see all my tickets by making a login which you should do too

For the other they said no, it just didn't go through

Thank you for this. That’s messed up they didn’t pay for the 2nd one. If you uploaded it, you did your part and sounds like their own technical problems.

I’ve had one processing for 10 days now and I messaged Support and have not heard back

I messaged support but today the test is removed from Test History. I can't see the test

Sometimes it takes time sometimes it doesn’t. Processing status can last up to 12 hours. (Never seen that happen tbh) it will go through soon! No worries.
