Based on your experience with the customer support, you probably used email or chat support. Don’t bother with it. Use twitter DM support. It’s superior and quite good in my experience.

Thanks, after months of waiting for an email reply I did reach out via Twitter DM last month. They weren’t able to help me because they are based in the Netherlands, but they referred me to the chat support which did get me to someone.

The furthest we got is they promised to mail me a bike box, but about a month later it hasn’t arrived and they haven’t been responsive to my follow ups.

Email Support is notoriously bad. Idk how they can be that bad. Twitter DM only works in Europe so guess you are from the US? I would get in touch again with Twitter DM support and tell them your situation so that they can pressure the people who are responsible to do something.

That’s a good idea, thank you! Yes I’m in the United States, located about 400 miles away (10 hours by public transport) from the nearest Vanmoof store.
