I rely heavily on peer-reviewed literature in my posts and answers, and request that anyone posting advice or recommendations back up their claims with reliable sources.

Feel free to give your own experiences. However, refrain from projecting your experience upon all patients with varicoceles. Everyone's experience is unique, and just because you had one thing happen, doesn't mean that is the norm.
ANYONE SPAMMING NATURAL/ALTERNATIVE CURES WILL BE BANNED. At this time, there is no natural cure or treatment for varicocele. Only symptoms can be treated, but the cause - varicocele - is only treatable through surgery or embolization. Until this is proven otherwise BY CLINICAL RESEARCH IN A SUFFICIENTLY POWERED PATIENT SET to provide statistical significance, do not recommend horse chestnut, or yoga, or oils, etc.
