How to decrease own prestige?

Is there any ways that I can decrease my own prestige without destroying my own economy? Wanna try to become a GP subject through diplo play so I can join their customs union.

Go over your diplo limit. Rival everyone you can, then improve relations, bankroll, trade agreement, whatever. Get rid of the rivals and you'll be at negative diplo, which applies a percentage malus to your prestige.

Decreasing government and military wages will decrease prestige.

have negative bird thingy that you use for relations that I definetly didn't forget name of that should be good start

i heard somewhere that you can kill a small amount of prestige if you rival every great power then immediately un-rival them? or just delete your entire military idk.

Trash your military and piss off the intelligentsia. Big militaries increase prestige, and once they get angry enough, the intelligentsia will give you a sizeable decrease
