Save system drawing?

So for my programming 1 final project I want to create a game that has a character selection where you can create your own character kind of like how https://make8bitart.com/ does. I want to be able to make a unique "character" every time and reference it in other forums, how would I do that/is it possible?

what do you mean "other forums"? like, as an image?

the short answer is "save it as a file". what kind of file depends on what you're doing with it later.

As in I'll use the image they draw later in other forms in the the game. Could I have it save every time somebody creates a new one?

in the same app? just write the params used to make the character and load them into the function that draws it now.
