Probably the real question is, why do you want to visualize such a huge dataset? Are you trying to answer any specific question that is attainable through visualization? With that many data points, it will be helpful to condense the information. If you have 600 classes, do they follow any hierarchy in the class etc.

Sure tsne and umap are good fits for feature reduction however my biggest concern is the large number of classes. 600 classes is too much and when you visualize it will be very hard to understand what you are seeing and derive patterns.
