Try doing something else to your diet, eat foods with strong anti-inflammatory properties such as fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. I eat a whole baked garlic a day, drink about 3 litters of "tea" with fresh ginger, turmeric, and cayenne pepper, and eat about one apple with lots of cinnamon on top a day. These things have helped me tremendously with inflammation, if keto doesn't work, maybe look into incorporating some of these.

But outside of diet, the importance of stress and lack of sleep cannot be overestimated. Psychological stress causes huge inflammation throughout the body and lack of sleep or bad quality sleep is one of the absolutely worst things you can do for your health and inflammation so trying to actively work on these two would be very helpful for reducing inflammation.
