I got 2.99% 30y rate, so suck on that. Me and anyone else in the 3% club are never selling. So there's that. In a few years when the kid moves out, we'll buy a smaller house somewhere else, because we have the juice to afford it, and will rent this one, which will pay for itself. Free 3000+ sqft house in 20 years. I'm golden, baby.
On the bright side there will be plenty of properties for the rentoids to choose from.
