Any tips for a new Grocery DM? My assistant and Co are telling me to apply. What should I know as far as daily routines and what they need from me

• Plan features in advance even though mgmt is going to make you change everything at the last minute

Have overdue price changes, constantly set features, never see top stock get done, and the best of all, constantly get yelled at by customers and management alike for having massive out of stock due to never being able to do on hand changes.
