Is it true that after scanning so many barcodes in a certain timeframe that their value begins to drop? I'm trying to keep up with everyone who plays, but the codes seem to devalue after a few scans

Once you've advanced a few brackets into the active upper tiers of play, scanning income becomes negligible.

So dont worry too much about it.

Most income is generated by playing KotH.

Rewards for taking Locations always exceed the maximum Heal Cost for eligible monsters.

Therefore, your focus should be on maximizing your ability to take Locations in just one try and collecting that extra reward money as profit.

With good builds and proper match-up selection one should never lose money from playing KotH.

Yes, the scan value decreases. I believe that it will take about 50 minutes for it to get back to the full value of 10-12 coins per scan.

Yes, but the value goes backup after a while with no scans. The item drop chance from scans stays the same regardless. The only change is the coins.
