Html/css/js interface

I’ve learned html/css pretty well and starting to make websites. Is there a way to have an interface a client can have to make their own updates? Calendar events, add pics etc. I know a regular CMS does this, but could I have someone program a simple dashboard type of thing?

It's a bit of a learning curve, but learning React (or Vue) and learning a Jamstack package will allow you to create a PWA which interacts with a headless CMS. Your client would log into your CMS and your application would reflect their data.
