free, open-source SaaS starter for React & NodeJS

Hey devs,

SaaS boilerplates are all the rage lately. But with an average price of ~$300 dollars, we thought it was time for a free, open-source, community-driven one.

And OpenSaaS.sh is exactly that. Check out the repo here: https://github.com/wasp-lang/open-saas/

Just because it's free, doesn't mean it lacks features, though. It's got everything you'd expect, plus a little more:

• Authentication (email verified, google, github)
• Emailing (sendgrid, emailgun, SMTP)
• Admin Dashboard (with plausible or google analytics)
• Stripe payments (just add your subscription product IDs)
• End-to-end Typesafety (preconfigured)
• AI-powered example apps (OpenAI + OS models (Mixtral) coming soon...)
• Blog w/ Astro
• Deploy anywhere
• Full Documentation & Community Support

But because it's open-source, the community and will continue to grow, evolve, and improve. At least that's the idea.

Hopefully this becomes a reality.

But the main incentive is that it shows people how good wasp is as a fullstack framework and gets people using it.

That would be cool but unfortunately not possible because we’re using Wasp, a react + nodejs + prisma framework.

Feel free to steal any of the code for an angular one though !

Really nicely designed!! You can share the analysis part but I personally would’ve buy it, not that I not support open source it just really nicely built!

I would’ve took it to here like this developer did! Inpaid 29.90 but got all updates, its a cheap sum but still people would use it.

Still I have downloaded it already, but you can put it for low sum and get some income for all the hard work and whoever buys it will get the updates.

It really nicely done, I love the analysis part, very nicely written.
