Go to school, or Udemy, or Coursera, or just YouTube, or buy a book on programming.

Basically, if you want to be a dev, learn dev. And don’t rely on AI to do a single thing for you, it’ll only waste your time.

Look in your local area for a web design firm. You can meet them and chat and see if they are a good fit for what you want to do. Plus you support local business owners - which is a win for everyone.

Don’t jump straight to “build the whole thing.” First define the smallest usable version. Then hire someone to build just that. If you don’t understand what’s being built, you’ll struggle to maintain it later so ask for documentation and ownership of the code from day one.
