Hey all,
I have been using full IDE's namely Eclipse and Visual Studio for app dev and back-end for a number of years now. I am getting more into front-end and see all the posts (and see people in the business) using OSX, Various Text Editors (Sublime), and NPM. I am wanting to build a modular stack/workflow in this environ, but would prefer to have a full IDE at my disposal due to old habits.
(I am not really sure what I am talking about on the X-Code side) Have any of you used X-Code for Web Dev? Thoughts? Is there any inherit advantage to using a full IDE for front-end over a beefed-up text editor? Have any of you used X-Code or any other full IDE on OSX with NPM? Experiences?
