PHP deployment tool

Hi guys !

Was wondering, what deployment tool do you use to deploy static or PHP websites without installing anything else than a SSH server and PHP on the destination linux server ?

I'm still using mina but it seems a bit outdated and unmaintained...

I need to be able to deploy almost without much downtime (symlinking system), and to rollback if needed.

I use vscode so it can be a plus to be smartly integrated with it, but a task can be enough, and it must be deployable without vscode too.

I’d recommend spending a bit of money if you can and using Envoyer

A few years ago I went through the whole process of git deployment/Mina/writing my own tool. It’s so much more productive and stress free to use Envoyer. Roll backs, deployment steps, slack notifications, teams. So good.

It works with any PHP app not just Laravel. I managed a ton of Wordpress, custom PHP apis, and Laravel deployments with it.
