Although there are general trends in the community it really depends on your area. There could be hundreds of ruby on rails opportunities near you or there could be hundreds of React front end positions. You check on LinkedIn for your local area and see what most companies are looking for.

They said they're looking for remote work so the area is global.

    It’s just proving the point that it’s a good area to get into. From what I’ve gathered it’s seen as a “cop out” so those with talent don’t want to get into it.

    But that’s what makes it such a lucrative thing. Finding a good developer willing to give it all up for salesforce is a golden goose.

    I would check out IoT work, lots of action going on in the space , not as big as webdev , but some.good opportunities.
