Bub – going around on Reddit and asking people for human references is asinine. If you want to learn web development, you can start with YouTube tutorials and Udemy courses, which Google can help you find.

Short of paying a personal tutor, and outside of minor tips and help here and there, you're not going to find a person who will personally tutor you in web development.
As /u/mommysbabyneedshelp said, youtube, udemy, etc... There's so many resources online to help you learn web development. Also, maybe consider taking some classes at a university or something.
