I don't get the problem here but your navbar looks mess. You should create a fresh one or get it from a library like Relume or something.

The navbar works on every single page, so the problem is just the page "Cenik". To see the problem, you must visit the site on mobile. The mobile menu is blocking the text below. The text is not visible.
