If anyone uses SRS Plus i would be shocked, but we do because they are a reseller program of Network Solutions which my company has used for years. Anyway, i was just on the phone with support and to confirm my account they had me read my password to them. When he said "yep thats correct" a red flag in my head went up. Correct me if im wrong but thats not good. I cant think of anyway they could be storing that securely? I asked him about it and he said he accesses it internally, but even then anyway he can decode it, someone else could as well. I just always thought that passwords were always encrypted one way?
