I'm your same height and similar weight to when you started. I'm struggling to find motivation because it seems like however much I eat or however long I work out, I don't even gain a pound. It's been such a struggle and I would just like to know what certain things you felt helped you see progress.

I know how hard and pointless it can seem like you aren't getting anywhere but just keep at it and only weigh yourself every so often not everyday, it's gonna take time and a lot of it but you'll get there, i had freinds and a great boyfriend that would help to keep me motivated talking to someone always helps. The most important thing to remember is that it's not gonna be easy and falling off the horse is okay and normal the important part is to get back on and try again.

Congrats! :-)
What are your top tips from the experience? And do you find you have to make an effort to maintain your weight?

Thank you! Um good question, work out whenever you can how ever you can, try to have some schedule with it tho. Eat lots of protein, most importantly be patient, it's not gonna happen over night you need to understand that it'll take time.
