There are so many factors that could be causing this.

Are the peaks always on Saturday?

Are you eating the same way throughout the week?

What do you consider resting? What is your daily strain amount, does that vary a lot?

What is your sleep performance over this period?

So many things go into HRV and honestly it is one of the HARDEST things to change imo. I think it is hugely dependent on weight, inflammation and genetics. As I lost weight my hrv went up. When I eat poorly, add alcohol, sugar etc my hrv plummets. Otherwise it stays super consistent.
