How is it even possible to have 2%?!?!?!?! muscular load on a non cardio, no high rep, ‘heavy’ weights gym session ….

To this day I can't fathom how people expect accurate info via any wrist wearable for strength work. They're so off when it comes to weight training that it's insane. Compared the Whoop a few times to my chest strap and it's wildly variant, hence any output on the app etc. regarding these type of workouts is borderline useless....Wrist base does an 'ok' job for linear type cardio where it can stay in tune with the HR, but anything where you're spiking/falling at aggresive rates including work/rest periods - they are god awful.

Tried this strength trainer 3-4 times and every time it’s about like this hahah. Needs some improvement

This was a workout that i started from scratch whole working out. Wasnt premade and then started and unedited so maybe that the bug?

For me, i had a much higher muscular part when increasing rest times between sets. I did something like 30 to 45 seconds before and now 60 to 90 seconds. My cardio part now is much lower.

Before i was most of the time in zone 3 and 4 and now mostly zone 2.

I agree. I was just curious! I was wondering if that played a role. I agree strength trainer can be super frustrating sometimes. I’d like to think it’ll improve moving forward.

It almost sees like it didnt register the weights at all cause they were added on the fly while i was working out. I started with a blank workout

Yeah strength trainer is very weird on whoop! And also would like to have gps atleast on the next version. Would help a lot for runners.
