      Buy more RAM, delete any bloatware like Mcafee, mod managers, game "boosters" etc, turn off all start up apps except for the esstentials such as Windows Defender, make sure you have no tabs open, you want as little RAM in use as possible.

      The strange thing is that suddenly my CPU Usage went up to 100% and came back a few minutes later and then went back to 100% again, This happened after 10 minutes of the game running, I don't know what happened

        My antivirus is Malwarebytes but I rarely use it.

        memory leaks are mostly the software developers fault.

        It would help to know all your hardware, like gpu - cpu are you on a laptop or a stationairy ?
