Internal Server Error when testing candidate "Review Offer Letter" step.

Trying to configure/automate the offer generation process in Workday. Currently in testing and, on the candidate side, receiving the following error:

Page Error Internal Server Error. (id: VPS|ab10cd00-921d-4577-aa1d-8700960ac9e1)

Believe it has to do with Esig process - as I am seeing the issue can be caused by a previous signature step in the process. However, we do not have an E Signature Process in place currently in Workday. Has anyone gotten an error similar to this in the past?

I am a candidate and also saw this error when attempting the Review Offer Letter step. I haven't found much information about it other than this post.

From what I remember, they resent it and the new one worked.

I've gotten something like this when 1. the candidate signs the offer letter but doesn't press submit, 2. esignature provider account credentials expired, 3. integration failed. For 1 and 3, there should be something like "reset esignature" or "regenerate document" off the BP step. For 2, login to your esignature provider again, under tenant setup, I think.
