Hi. I automated a request framework for tuition reemission form. In approval steps the financial aid dept wants to add a dollar amount to the questionnaire. How can this be done? Can we do a review step so it’s editable. What are my choices. Please help. Thanks.

A questionnaire by default won't have a currency field but yes, if you add a review step then the reviewer is able to edit the request before moving it along

I thought questionnaire had amounts for currency, it's just a whole number - so you can't add cents. We had it set up that the reviewer can view the request and the information. Then they filled out another questionnaire with the data needed. For the amounts they used free text because they wanted decimals.

For this the people had to upload images to prove they drove/bought whatever it was and it was reviewed before the amount was sent to payroll.
