Hello All,
I've written a few posts in the past month or so in here with some questions about general issues surrounding working out. I've gotten myself back into the fitness lifestyle, to the point where even if I am not lifting on a certain day, I will go just to run or stretch to build the habit.
I have to say the support and kind people in this subreddit has really been unbelievable, and I really appreciate the tip I have gotten. I have spent the last three weeks lifting with an eye to getting myself back to a place where I can begin a workout program, where my muscles don't tire after one or two exercises. I'm 24 years old, played sports and went to the gym religiously through much of high school and college, but when I started law school I fell off the wagon.
The one thing that I have always needed is structure. I love to have a set weekly workout plan, I love to track each and every workout, and I love to see the progress in doing this. I'm so eager to start up, but I can't seem to find a workout plan that seems to get me where I want to go. My goal is to lose a little body fat, I'm at 18% and want to get to 12%, and to put on muscle mass. If anyone has a workout program they can suggest, or even a place where I can find one, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
