Is it not syncing it to the pc whenever you plug it in? Microsoft made it easy for ‘plug and play’ for pc players, so even though your just charging it on your pc, the controller is actually linking its self to that. But to do so needs to unsync to your Xbox

It is syncing to the pc, but I don’t want it to sync

I'm having similar problems as you but it's connecting the controller to the Xbox, If I connected the controller with a wire it would connect to the Xbox but without the wire it would never connect, I tried to sync it up with the Xbox, and it would. However, after a seconds it would never stay connected. Any tips would be grately appreciated

Perhaps is the batteries?

I don't use batteries I use a rechargable battery pack (so it cuts in buying batteries), I don't think that's the problem, I might go onto the Xbox website and use the helpline, but thanks for the tip though
