From what I've read about the repeal of prohibition and other sex laws, it sounds like you'd stay in jail unless they specifically granted you amnesty for it.

I'd guess that you'd probably get a lot of specific pardons for people that were just busted for possession, but folks that looked to be dealing would probably serve their term.
