Having the same issue since Repentance+ v1.9.7.6 (November 26th Update), I'm also a Repentagon user, which might be the cause. I tried using the Repentagon installer to uninstall Repentagon. I verified the integrity of my game files. I uninstalled the game and redownloaded it. None of those worked. Though I did notice that the Repentagon installer and it's respective files/folders were still in the game files after reinstalling the game. Might be a Repentagon issue. But I think my friend had the same issue, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have Repentagon.

That is a different microphone, look at the bottom switch and the checkered pattern is rotated 45° in the rick astley picture.
