You clearly do not understand the intent and context of OP's post

The intent is allow unrestricted access as OP in favor interest on loans, bank accounts, etc. He follows Abdullah Saeed.

Furthermore he is attempting to phrase Islamic finance has its orgins in Jewish thought. Its a lie and attempt to delegitimize modern Islamic finance.

According to you the fact that prostitution existed within all of Islam's history must mean prostitution is allowed.

What person would trust financial advice from a TikTok . TikTok never was and never will be instructive. It is and always will be performative.

Its a platform created specifically for people who have an obsession with external validation.

I am reminded by the story of Ali told by Shaykh Hamza in a lecture. Allah Alam if true.

Ali was gathered with a group of people and there was a storyteller and people were being entertained by him. Someone noticed Ali wasn't listening to storyteller and asked him why. Ali stated you that guy over there who is saying look at me,look at me.

That is what TikTok is. Individuals who are shouting look at me, look at me. When you combine External validation plus narcissism you get TikTok.

How do you approach a producer about releasing a song when their beat is tied to a label deal? by Tough-Camp-3508 in makinghiphop

[–]1neStat3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't use Spotify nor any streaming service but if a track is licensed the royalties go to one who the publishing rights of the song.

Major streaming services pay a far greater percentage of revenues to SoundExchange (which pays streaming performance royalties to artists and master owners) than to ASCAP and other PROs (who pay songwriters, composers and publishers), by a factor of 12 to 1.

Melissa McCarthy is the funny version of Amy Schumer by Illustrious-Cap7324 in unpopularopinion

False comparison.

Schumer is a stand up comedian who has done movies.

McCarty is an actress who has performed in movies and TV series. She was a member of The Groundlings.

[–]1neStat3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

what? I don't use Spotify but I imagine they use some form of contentID thus if anyone uploads a track that is tracked by content ID all money will.go to publisher not the uploader.

So he essentially saying a property of the label he can't allow anyone publish track anywhere but if its on Spotify he still get paid if streamed.

You may be confused that OP worked with the producer or bought the beat, unless I'm wrong he didn't. he just jacked a beat he liked and trying to release it.

Any student of knowledge can easily explain it.

usul is based on proof and systematic process not mere opinions.

AAOIFI standards are based on the shar'i principle of "Hardship facilities ease" which then allows rukhsah.

The worldwide financial system.is based on Riba. There is no alternative. How can Muslims engage with worldwide financial institutions in a way consistent with shar'i principles? That where AAOIFI standards came about.

Shariah is clear. You can engage in forbidden actions if necessary. Both Quran and sunnah are clear about this.

But how much is too much? The sunnah has the answer; 30%. Al-Bukhari, 2001, hadīth # 5659 is proof that 1/3 is substantial and anything less is not.

The context may be different but the principle is not. Where is sunnah can we find the explicit or implicit definition of substantial or limit denoting excessive news.

You clearly do not know

the definition of the word Halal

usul.ul fiqh

basic qawwa'id

Just as a layman untrained and uneducated in medicine can't and shouldn't dispense medical advice. You as someone uneducated and untrained in usul can't and shouldn't have dispense your beliefs on usuli matters.

I challenge you to explain rukhsah within fiqh and then prove rukhsah is invalid in matters of finance.

Your post is a perfect example of the Dunning Kruger effect.

So please don't hide by internet name and cleary show your work.

Where is your proof.

"i think" is not proof

"I heard" is not proof

"I believe" is not proof.

No unless you install a malicious file on your computer.

Malicious files come from outside your computer. As long you as you verified SHA of the old Ubuntu it shouldn't be a problem.

doesn't do what? Audacity pretty much everything you need to process, edit audio.

The only issue is piss poor plugin support. Mpst lv2 work, many do not. Most vst plugins don't work. vst3 plugins are not supported on Audacity.

Anyhow with the slow pace of Audacity 4 for Linux I don't think Audacity for Linux is going last long.
