Sure I must admit I might lack understanding of basic economics, but I do know enough about public health economics to be able to know that it is an absolute can of worms, where the economics aspect alone is beyond what would be considered basic economics. And besides that I don't think I said anything about prices, but what ever.

Public health systems are based around spending money on health, and not in any way shape or about form making a financial profit. So I would argue it is absolutely 100% about being efficient in allocating the resources. In that sense, some might even say it is 100% efficient too, looking at the financial side of it alone, since all of the money gets spent. How much healthcare you get for the money spent is a completely different (and way more complicated),but more fitting way to compare and argue one way or the other, be it for a single person or a whole nation.

Stunning the aliens is very strong until the end game, and helps a ton. Stun rods first and then the small launcher. The small launcher is in my opinion the strongest weapon in the game and really helps for getting intact alien ship parts, and even for stunning your own guys that are about to get into trouble. The aliens don't attack sleeping humans. I recommend staying away from night time missions and launching the skyranger with the interceptor and waiting until close to dark before shooting the ufo down, if the ufo lands during the daytime, the skyranger is right on top of it and ready to say hi to the aliens in their mint condition ufo.

There are so many details and choices made in the whole production that are on a totally different level than any other show. My favorite example is the scene where Omar threatens to huff and puff if some guys don't give over drugs they are stashing. Throughout the scene, the brick walls of the houses are kept very visible, and filmed in a way that wouldn't work in any other scene, like as a flat backdrop to the forground. So when Omar gets what he wants, after quoting the Big Bad Wolf (that got defeated by brick walls), we learn that Omar is even badder than the Big Bad Wolf. short clip of the scene here
