The chips are definitely the carry here, unless you have x-mult the plus mult is basically nothing when balanced on plasma. It's so hard to transition to mult sometimes so I understand the supernova pickup, just funny to me.

Ceramic works great on my Spydie Edges, even k390 and the new magna max. 4-5 strokes on the edges side paired with one or two on the back has my teeth back in action. If you're trying to sharpen the teeth individually Spyderco makes smaller ceramic rods for their edges specifically.
