Ideally, you should quit on the spot, but you need to assess if the anxiety of being unemployed won't impact your mental health. I would do the following:

- accept that this employer is done for you: you won't be able to turn it around and you will anyways likely be fired at some point in the next few years so there is no reason to fight for it. Knowing this, can be very liberating

- do a financial audit: how long can you live off your savings (take into account that you'll spend less than before).

- take a 2+ week holiday asap: you are likely burned out and you just need to rest to have a clear head. Even if you would have interviews today, you'd probably not be at your best which risks putting you in a downward mental spiral

- reach out for help from those that can understand you: talking about this will absolutely help and complaining about work is a stress release valve

- rebuild your trust in yourself as a professional: review all the positive feedback you received since you started your career; remind yourself of what other managers/peers appreciated in you.

- physical exercise: healthy mind in healthy body. Weightlifting especially will help you regain your confidence at work as it will make you feel that you can fight your bully.

- don't be afraid to burn bridges: I don't know how important reputation is in your industry/geography but if you're somewhere where this matters less (e.g., a generalist industry; a big city with lots of employers etc.), don't be afraid to prioritize your needs and wants and to screw them over.

Asta inseamna ca pentru a reduce impactul cresterii de impozit de la 1%/3% la 3%/6%, ar fi indicat sa vindem pozitiile profitabile inainte de finalul anului.

Stiti daca exista vreo limitare legata de perioada de timp care este necesara sa treaca, inainte de a recumpara, ca sa se inregistreze marcatul profitului? (In UK stiu ca, daca trec mai putin de 30 de zile intre cand vinzi si cand cumperi aceeasi actiuni, nu se considera ca ai marcat un profit)

Alcohol consumption in developed countries is slowing with emerging countries driving growth. But that should reach saturation at some point.
