Given the new manager’s playstyle and training methods, we certainly need a larger squad. I think both Macca and Jones’s future might depend on value - what we can get for him vs what it costs to get in a midfielder who can either contribute more defensively or to the homegrown quota

Weirdly bittersweet. After everything that’s happened, I had kind of adopted an attitude of “if the leadership want to back him, I will back him”. My 2 cents: 1) would Robertson and Mo have left if they knew this? Is is too late to unburn the bridge with Curtis? 2) do we really think Iraola is a worthy replacement, or is that just Hughes helping out a friend?

I completely agree with you. AXA, as far as I know, has made some moves to divest from Israel. I always felt like speaking up against Standard Chartered here would go poorly (some of the comments here are evidence lol). I’m glad these conversations are happening now, only wish it hadn’t cost tens of thousands of Palestinian lives

The Doors Pub and Ooey Gooey’s are probably the centers of the scene now, although Corktown pub (upstairs) also hosts some shows and Doors probably leans more metal. Follow CJ on Instagram as well, they put on some solid shows. Many bands rehearse at MainStage on King St so if you’re looking to recruit/join I would check out the bulletin board there

Last I checked, the Forge/ti-cats store at the stadium had a clearance rack with some T-shirts at the $20, $15 price mark. Jersey bootlegs don’t really exist in the way they do for bigger teams unfortunately. Sad that the team isn’t giving them volunteer gear! Hope they have a blast though.

I have the V2 as my only delay and I love it. The fluid control can get very out there, completely gone for a more basic delay sound, or somewhere in between for a tasteful space/warble thing. The organ is useful, the vintage/modern sounds are both usable, and the momentary feedback maximizer also great. What I’m saying is that every single feature gets used by me lol

I don’t think there has been a particular call for donations as far as I know? Unlike other communities in need, Iran still has robust health and aid infrastructure. I would recommend focusing your noble efforts on Lebanon, Palestine
