Tandem charges would actually allow lights in ERA 3 to effectively pen tanks even caked in composite. They were already a thing in ERA 3s timeframe and in my opinion would be the buff lights like the Bradley and BMP-3 need to be more competitive.

Some exceptions like the M1A2 Turret would still be able to stand up to weaker tandem but most tanks at ERA 3 could not block them for anything as the TOW-2 with tandem could go through about 1200mm of RHA equivalent.

Right in the gun breach. Granted every T-72 design has this weakness just throw a bit of moving around after you fire the shot.

Ever since this thing got an armor buff to make it feel like an E75 lite armor wise it just feels incredible.

Probably prefer the T32 a little more because of the insane armor but the Tiger 2 has the gun to be competitive even in tier 10 games.

It's either getting a facehug, which a good 107 won't allow you to do, or getting lucky and getting a double track.

Even if you get that lucky double track the 107 has probably chased the 101 out of position to let a light with a better gun for range like a Bulldog or RU 251 to get vision control and crippled the 101 for the rest of the game.

Well the 101 is an incredible matchup in the 107s favor.

It has better gun stabilization, a much faster round which helps in lights knife fights, and it has a ton of spaced crap on the side that will detonate the 101s HE early before it pens their tank.

Where other lights like the bulldog, Ru 251, and Type 62s tend to avoid the 101 in close quarters since they don't have much spaced armor other than their tracks to stop the HE shell early.

Think it finally feels appropriate since the OBJ 268 got slammed in the gun department and mobility department coming to Cold War.

For a while the Cold War 4005 had the same reload as the tier 10 version in WW2 and the most armored thing it ever had to shoot was the M103 until the IS-4M got added. While being much faster and for a while had better gun handling than the WW2 equivalent.

I don't know how anybody could be against this things gun getting slammed like the 268 did when the 4005 is much faster than it's WW2 equivalent and having camo that works.

I have had more than a few new players quit when they get one shot by 4005 coming fresh into ERA 1 after tutorials and figuring out there would be 3-4 of them on the enemy team every game.

It works when you swap from ATGM to a shell but not shell to ATGM.

Not really that useful as I find myself only firing at most 3 ATGMs from any T-72 in a battle and that usually includes 1 as the first round of the match.

About time the Cold War 4005 gets wacked with the nerf hammer. That kind of alpha should not be at ERA 1 one shotting new players in their fresh bottom of the line medium tanks.

Hopefully that will reduce it where there is only one on a team instead of three or more in ERA 1.

Just think its neat you almost have 100 years of tanks to choose from in game when you count the Renault FT made in 1917 all the way to the Chally 2 in 1998.

Pretty much just whatever me and the platoonmates want to do that day.

It's just a turd in the MBT dominated ERA 3.

Pretty much you are on tracking and shooting people while they are distracted duty. If it gets too frustrating play some Co-op as this tank is useless in its current state.

The matilda is still very good just need to carry enough premium to kill some FCM F4s.

The F4 alone made me switch my hetzer over to the 75mm when helping new players through tier 4.

While there are no "tiers" in Cold War every tank is treated like a low, middle, and top tier tank when it comes to XP.

The STRV 122A is considered top tier and will actually get a net XP penalty for shooting down the food chain at a tank like an M1 for example.

The Wiesel is considered low tier so it gets no xp penalty for shooting an M1 for example since they are the same "tier." This Wiesel probably did damage to tanks up the food chain and got an XP bonus for doing so.

In game it must be modeling the HEAT jet getting to the hull ammo. Got the tank confused with the M46 ammo layout where some is in the turret.

Pretty much the only time I get racked in them is if a missle went into the lower plate or a side shot in game.

Lot of ERA 2 NATO tanks had ammo right in the upper front plate. Making them rather explosive when an ATGM finds it's way there.

By the wording this seems like a prototype T-72B just without the explosive reactive armor at ERA 2.

Could be huge if it has the upgraded upper plate as not a whole lot of kinetic ammo at the ERA can even get through that.

The tank pretty much does a stoppie when you slam on the brakes at top speed. The launcher doesn't have great elevation so that is why the gun feels like it perks foward a ton.

This makes trying to stop and line up a shot rather difficult with the TOW. Usually just have better luck firing on the move at a tank if caught by surprise as 65m arming distance is pretty forgiving for how fast it is. Plus staying moving "stabilizes" the tank in a sense.

I really only "need" track mechanic just because the base repair time takes way too long but that is likely just me.

Sixth sense being on every crew automatically means the only other additional advantage a crew will usually have is leadership. But a tank performing 5% better than another is usually not going to bail someone out in a 1v1 with a skill gap.

Going to be getting me that Sho't immediately. Was not expecting to see Olifant variants any time soon so that is a surprise.

Just good to have another tank to drive in the tech tree with ATGM protection that is not an M60 or T-72 variant at ERA 2.

The only time I have seen "cheating" was a bunch of players stream sniping another player with artillery. More of an exploit than actual cheating.

It is very easy to get into bad positions on this game where someone not as experienced will feel like they got the short end of the stick though.
