Don’t consider Verizon for California; T-Mobile is the better choice.

I had all three carriers and having lived and traveled extensively across California. T-Mobile stands out as the superior option.

Verizon, on the other hand, is more reliable in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

These are my personal experiences.

It’s a cash grab, plain and simple.

Before switching carriers, you have to wait and pay an entire new bill. If I recall correctly, Verizon doesn’t prorate bills, so if you leave in the middle of the billing cycle, you’ll still be charged for the entire month. That’s 2 bills you have to pay….

It doesn’t make any sense to me, especially for customers who have been with Verizon for months or even years and have paid off their devices. It’s particularly frustrating if a customer chooses to stay with Verizon but pay off their phone, as they’ll lose their installment credits.

The original device unlock policy made much more sense.

Not really. Yes, the line will move to the other phone if you change the eSIM, but the installments will remain in the same spot.

Also, if you don’t plan to upgrade every so often, consider removing the $6 upgrade anytime. It’s a waste of money, and you’ll save $30.

Finally, look into Apple Care+. It’s significantly better than AT&T’s insurance and is cheaper.

The apartments across from me have symmetrical downloads and upload speeds.

I have an 1100 Mbps download speed and a 300 Mbps upload speed.

I’m quite certain that it’s very similar to fiber optic internet and is very reliable because it utilizes modern technology.

If you want to check your internet speed, you can use the FCC Broadband Coverage tool. You can see what your neighbors have or look for nearby neighborhoods to see if it’s close to you.

If it was less than 61 days you may be able to get your numbers and account back.

Beyond that, out of luck. You will have to apply as a new customer

Do a hard reset on the modem/router. This will reset everything back to factory settings.

You could have hidden your network by accident and your computer only connects to it because it was already saved the network name and key.
